About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Hanover, NH, is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient level of care. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals foster a nurturing environment where participants can comfortably share meals while receiving additional nutritional guidance. Offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, these sessions allow flexibility for individuals to join as their schedules permit. Each meal support session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on offering empathetic support, it’s important to note that this program is not intended for crisis situations. For immediate assistance, please reach out to crisis services. Join us on your journey to recovery and find community support through our nourishing meals.
