The Meal Support Program in Henniker, NH, provides essential free meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing and non-judgmental environment where participants can enjoy nourishing food alongside others who understand their journey. With daily sessions offered four times — twice at lunchtime and twice at dinnertime — attendees can choose the times that fit best into their schedules. Each meal is guided by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are currently working towards their CNS certification.
