Located in Henniker, NH, Nutrition Connections, part of UNH Extension, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community through no-cost nutrition education classes available for all ages. We offer a supportive learning environment with programs such as Eat Smart Live Strong for seniors, Cooking Matters for parents and adults, and Slow Cooker Meals Made Easy. Participants not only gain valuable knowledge about healthy eating but also have the opportunity to take home nutritious food, fostering a hands-on approach to nutrition.
