In the heart of Hinsdale, NH, the Meal Support Program provides free, accessible meal support designed specifically for those navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing and safe environment for individuals aged 16 and over to share meals while receiving valuable support. With four meal sessions each day—offering two lunch and two dinner opportunities—participants can join as often as their schedules permit. Each session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners who are advancing their expertise through the Clinician’s Incubator program, bringing essential knowledge and understanding to the table.
