Located in Hollis, NH, the HIV Program at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health is dedicated to providing compassionate medical care and essential support for individuals living with HIV and AIDS. Our mission is to empower our patients to achieve optimal health through comprehensive services, including HIV testing, prevention, primary care, specialty care, medication adherence counseling, and mental health support. We understand the unique challenges faced by our community and work diligently to provide access to clinical trials, peer support, and nutrition assessments. Our program also offers interpretation services to ensure effective communication. For uninsured individuals, we provide services under the Ryan White program, guiding eligible participants through the application process. We also accept Medicaid and Medicare and offer charity care for those receiving services through Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester.
