Got Lunch, a dedicated initiative of the Rindge United Church of Christ in Jaffrey, NH, ensures that children in our community have consistent access to nutritious meals. This volunteer-driven program operates through generous contributions from individuals and local businesses, emphasizing our commitment to supporting children's health and well-being. Got Lunch encompasses three vital components: weekly delivery of groceries, including fresh fruits and vegetables, to families during school breaks; Healthy Kids/Weekend Bags that provide essential food supplies to sustain children through the weekends during the school year; and a food pantry located at Jaffrey Rindge Middle & High School, available to students for healthy lunches, snacks, and items to take home. With a rolling enrollment process, Got Lunch strives to deliver enough nutritious packaged food to ensure children receive seven wholesome lunches and multiple breakfasts throughout the summer and during winter, February, and spring breaks. Our mission is to nourish the next generation and foster a community where no child goes hungry.
