Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in Jaffrey, NH, is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to foster healthy food habits through essential services such as nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, and breastfeeding promotion and support. We also make referrals to other vital social service agencies to enhance well-being. For children aged three and above, we offer Fit WIC kits that encourage daily physical activity. Additionally, select WIC sites provide valuable free oral health screenings, including fluoride treatment and sealants, along with education on maintaining good oral hygiene.
