At Pathway of Hope in Keene, NH, we are dedicated to empowering families to achieve stability and break free from the cycles of poverty. Our 12-18 month strength-based case management program helps families develop essential life skills and set realistic goals, providing the support they need to overcome barriers to success. We offer a variety of essential services, including food assistance, clothing, help with rent and utility payments, and prescription assistance, all free of charge to those willing to make a positive change. Additionally, our facility provides showers for individuals experiencing homelessness or lacking access to clean water, available from 10 AM to 1:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday. We are here to guide families on their journey toward a brighter, more stable future.
