Located in Keene, NH, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them to personalized weight management solutions that align with their individual preferences and needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For those who may require additional support, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other strategies.
