Meals 4 Kids (M4K), located in Kingston, NH, is dedicated to ensuring that every child and teen has access to free, fresh, and nutritious food, especially during school breaks. Our program features a Farmer’s Market style distribution at multiple locations throughout the Greater Seacoast, providing families with children aged 18 and under the resources they need. Each week, we supply ingredients and recipes for ten wholesome meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and exciting cooking and fitness challenges. We invite families to join our mission of healthy eating and learning; stay informed about distribution times and locations by signing up for text alerts. Together, we can nourish our youth and build a stronger, healthier community.
