In Kingston, NH, the Meal Support Program delivers essential meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual group meals that foster a nurturing environment where participants can focus on nutrition and gain valuable support. Offering four meal support sessions daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals are encouraged to attend as often as their schedules allow. Each session is guided by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification.
