Meals 4 Kids, based in Lee, NH, is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing free, nutritious food to children and teens within the community. Our Farmer’s Market style distribution takes place across various locations in the Greater Seacoast region whenever school is out of session, ensuring that families have access to essential food assistance. Each week, we offer a collection of ingredients and easy recipes for up to 10 meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and fun cooking and fitness challenges. Families with children aged 18 and younger are warmly invited to participate and experience the support and nourishment we provide.
