Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected with tailored weight management resources that meet their unique needs. With a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for remote support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent management, we empower Veterans to take charge of their weight loss journey. Additionally, for those who continue to face challenges, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery as part of a holistic approach to health.
