The Meal Support Program, based in Lee, NH, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed assistance to individuals over 16 who are navigating eating disorders at the outpatient care level. Our program offers free, live virtual meal support sessions designed to create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to enjoy meals together while receiving additional encouragement. With four daily meal support times, including two for lunch and two for dinner, participants can choose to attend as often as their schedule allows once they are approved. Our experienced nutrition practitioners, currently in training to obtain their CNS certification, lead these sessions to ensure a supportive atmosphere focused on nutrition and healing.
