Nutrition Connections, a program of UNH Extension located in Littleton, NH, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through accessible nutrition education. We offer free, engaging classes designed for individuals of all ages, including Eat Smart Live Strong for seniors and Cooking Matters programs tailored for parents and adults. Our goal is to empower participants with valuable cooking skills and nutrition knowledge while providing the opportunity to take home nutritious food. By fostering healthier lifestyles, we aim to build a thriving community where everyone has the resources to eat well and live well.
