Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Littleton, NH, by providing six complimentary wellness kits every two months. Our mission is to assist those facing financial hardship, particularly individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and those residing in rural areas with limited access to healthcare resources. Each wellness kit is thoughtfully curated and may include essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional supportive resources.
