Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Londonderry, NH, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens receive the fresh and nutritious food they need to thrive. This community-driven program offers free Farmer’s Market style distributions across the Greater Seacoast when school is out, allowing families with children aged 18 and younger to access weekly ingredients and recipes for ten meals. In addition to food assistance, M4K hosts engaging food demonstrations and cooking and fitness challenges to encourage healthy habits among our youth. We warmly invite families to participate and stay informed about distribution times and locations by signing up for alerts.
