About Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
In Loudon, NH, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy lifestyles for low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. WIC offers essential nutrition education, supplemental foods, and valuable support for breastfeeding mothers. The program also connects families to a network of social services. Children aged three benefit from our Fit WIC kits, designed to encourage daily physical activity, and many WIC locations provide complimentary oral health screenings, including fluoride treatments and sealants, along with guidance on maintaining strong oral health. At WIC, we believe in empowering families to achieve better health and well-being through accessible resources and support.
