MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Manchester, NH, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by addressing obesity through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and offered tailored referrals to suitable weight management services. We provide a variety of effective treatment options designed to meet the unique needs of our Veterans, including interactive group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! system that facilitates in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have struggled with weight loss using our program.
