Located in Meredith, NH, the Meal Support Program offers free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support to individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient care. Our program features daily group meal sessions, held virtually, that create a supportive environment for those in recovery from eating disorders. Participants can join four meal support sessions each day, including two for lunch and two for dinner, allowing them to integrate nutrition into their recovery journey at their convenience. Each session is guided by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are working toward their CNS certification. While we provide essential meal support, please note that we are not a crisis intervention service.
