MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Meredith, NH, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with personalized weight management resources that cater to their individual needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their goals through initial interventions.
