Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Milton, NH, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. Our program operates a Farmer's Market style distribution across the Greater Seacoast, providing essential food assistance when school is not in session. Each week, families can receive ingredients and recipes for ten wholesome meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and exciting cooking and fitness challenges. We warmly welcome families with children aged 18 years and younger to join us in this impactful initiative, designed to nourish our community and promote healthy lifestyles for our youth.
