About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Milton, NH, is dedicated to providing compassionate, free, and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a safe and supportive environment for participants to nourish themselves while receiving additional guidance. With four meal support sessions each day, including two lunch and two dinner options, our program allows individuals the flexibility to attend as many sessions as fits their schedule. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring a knowledgeable and caring experience. While we aim to offer a supportive space for nutritious consumption, please note that we are not a crisis support program. For immediate help, please contact crisis support services directly.
