The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Moultonborough, NH, offers a transformative program designed to educate and empower individuals committed to building a fair and sustainable food system. Our Fellowship does not charge tuition, ensuring accessibility for those passionate about social, environmental, and economic justice in food systems. Through hands-on training at the scenic Allegheny Farm, selected Fellows engage in diverse initiatives such as growing and distributing crops, maintaining community gardens, and developing innovative health education. They also lead efforts to enhance food literacy in schools, support farmers' markets, and strengthen local food coalitions. This immersive six-month experience is followed by a Community Action Year, allowing Fellows to apply their skills with regional non-profits, fostering lasting impact in their communities. Applications are open until March, with the program running from May to October.
