The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Nashua, NH, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, 12-month, free educational experience. Offered in both English and Spanish, this program helps participants navigate their diagnosis and manage their health with six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, alongside a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community resources. Enrollees can also participate in our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can engage with ADA experts to ask important diabetes-related questions, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways designed to enhance their diabetes management journey. We are committed to empowering our community with the knowledge and resources they need to thrive with diabetes.
