Supportive Services is dedicated to providing essential assistance to income-eligible individuals living with HIV/AIDS in New London, NH, and across New Hampshire. Our mission encompasses a broad range of services tailored to meet the urgent needs of our clients, including comprehensive case management, housing assistance, and vital food and nutrition services, featuring an on-site food pantry and food vouchers. We also offer transportation assistance, harm reduction materials, and HIV rapid testing, along with referrals for necessary medical care and additional support services. We strive to create a welcoming environment where individuals can access the help they need to navigate their health and wellness journey.
