The Meal Support Program in New London, NH, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 in outpatient care dealing with eating disorders. Our virtual drop-in group meal sessions foster a safe and supportive environment where participants can share a meal while gaining the necessary nutrition education and emotional backing during their recovery. Available four times daily, with two lunch and two dinner sessions, individuals can seamlessly integrate meal support into their schedules after receiving approval. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program, actively working towards their CNS certification.
