Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Newmarket, NH, is dedicated to addressing food insecurity by providing free, fresh, and nutritious food to children and teens in the community. During school breaks, we host a Farmer’s Market style distribution at multiple locations throughout the Greater Seacoast, ensuring that families have access to essential resources. Our program includes weekly meal kits with ingredients and recipes for ten healthy meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and exciting cooking and fitness challenges. We invite families with children 18 and under to join us in fostering healthy habits and making nutritious meals accessible to all. Sign-up for alerts to stay informed about distribution times and locations, and help us create a supportive community focused on children’s well-being.
