Nutrition Connections, based in Newmarket, NH, is a community-focused program offered by UNH Extension that provides essential nutrition education classes at no cost to eligible individuals of all ages. Our mission is to empower participants with the knowledge and skills to make healthier food choices through hands-on experiences and classes, such as Eat Smart Live Strong for seniors, Cooking Matters for parents and adults, and Slow Cooker Meals Made Easy. Participants often leave our classes with nourishing food items to help them implement what they learn in their own kitchens. We invite anyone interested in improving their nutrition and cooking skills to join us and take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle.
