Meals 4 Kids (M4K) is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in Newton, NH, have access to fresh and nutritious food. Our program offers free Farmer’s Market style distributions in various locations across the Greater Seacoast when school is not in session, providing families with essential ingredients and recipes for up to 10 healthy meals each week. We also host engaging food demonstrations and promote cooking and fitness challenges to foster a love of healthy eating. Families with children 18 years and younger are warmly invited to take part in our services, supporting their well-being and growth in our community.
