Located in Newton, NH, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing compassionate and practical meal support tailored specifically for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating through eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers free, engaging, and eating disorder-informed virtual meal support sessions that occur four times a day—twice during lunch and twice for dinner—creating a welcoming environment for participants to gather, share, and nourish their bodies with the essential support they need. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners who are completing their certification through the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring participants receive knowledgeable guidance while they eat. By fostering a safe space for individuals to connect and partake in meals, we aim to enhance the recovery journey and encourage healthy habits in a structured yet flexible setting.
