The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in North Hampton, NH, is dedicated to empowering individuals to champion a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our Fellowship program offers comprehensive education in organic food systems without tuition costs, ensuring accessibility for all aspiring advocates. Through hands-on training at Allegheny Farm in Highland County, VA, selected Fellows engage in vital initiatives like growing and distributing a diverse array of crops, enhancing food education in schools, maintaining community gardens, and supporting local farmers markets. As they undertake a six-month experiential residency followed by a Community Action Year, our Fellows work collaboratively with regional non-profit organizations to improve access to healthy foods, foster food literacy, and support community food initiatives. Applications are accepted until March each year for the program running from May to October, enabling passionate individuals to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
