Meals 4 Kids (M4K) is dedicated to ensuring that every child and teen in North Hampton, NH has access to fresh and nutritious food through our comprehensive food assistance program. When school is out, we offer a free Farmer’s Market style distribution at various locations across the Greater Seacoast, providing families with weekly ingredients and recipes to create ten healthy meals. In addition to food distribution, we host food demonstrations and cooking and fitness challenges to empower families in developing healthy habits. Families with children 18 years and younger are warmly invited to join us in this essential initiative to nourish our community's youth.
