The Meal Support Program in North Hampton, NH, offers compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient level of care in their journey to recovery from eating disorders. Our virtual group meals are conducted in a welcoming environment, providing a safe space for participants to nourish themselves with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. We host meal support sessions four times daily, with convenient lunch and dinner options that cater to varying schedules. Once approved, individuals can join as many sessions as they need to aid their recovery, ensuring that support is accessible and responsive to their needs. While we focus on creating a nurturing atmosphere for individuals to consume nutrition, please note that we do not provide crisis support.
