Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Northwood, NH, is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing free, fresh, and nutritious food to children and teens in the community. Our program offers a Farmer's Market style distribution at multiple locations across the Greater Seacoast whenever school is not in session, ensuring that families have access to essential food assistance year-round. M4K delivers weekly ingredients and recipes for ten wholesome meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and exciting cooking and fitness challenges. Each family with children aged 18 and younger is warmly welcomed to join us in creating a healthier future for our youth.
