The Meal Support Program in Northwood, NH, is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our initiative offers free, virtual drop-in group meal sessions that occur four times daily, designed to create a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy structured meals with guidance from trained nutrition practitioners pursuing their CNS certification. We focus on fostering community and well-being during this pivotal stage, allowing individuals to attend as many sessions as they need based on their schedule. While our program is not designed for urgent care or crisis situations, we are committed to helping participants find the support they need for their recovery journey.
