Located in Pelham, NH, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen Veterans at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with the most suitable weight management options tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Through a variety of support avenues including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, veterans receive personalized assistance in their weight loss journeys. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available for those who prefer a more independent approach to managing their weight.
