Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Plaistow, NH, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. Our program offers a Farmer’s Market style distribution across various locations in the Greater Seacoast region when school is not in session. We provide families with children aged 18 and younger weekly ingredients and recipes for ten wholesome meals, along with food demonstrations and engaging cooking and fitness challenges. We welcome all families to join us in combating food insecurity and promoting healthy eating habits. Stay informed about distribution times and locations by signing up for alerts.
