The Meal Support Program in Plaistow, NH, offers a welcoming space for individuals 16 and older at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our free, virtual drop-in meal support sessions allow participants to share nourishing meals in a supportive environment. With four available sessions daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, attendees can easily integrate meal support into their schedules. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners currently training to obtain their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification, ensuring compassionate guidance and professional insight.
