About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship
At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Raymond, NH, we are dedicated to nurturing a new generation of leaders committed to creating a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically just. Our program offers a comprehensive, tuition-free education in organic food systems, allowing Fellows to engage deeply with their communities through hands-on experiences. Over a six-month, immersive training at Allegheny Farm, participants learn to grow and distribute diversified crops, design educational sessions on health care innovations, and maintain community gardens, all while promoting food and ecological literacy in local schools. After this intensive training, Fellows enter a Community Action Year, where they collaborate with regional non-profits to implement the skills they've acquired. We believe in increasing access to healthy food and empowering communities, making impactful changes through farmers markets, direct-to-consumer programs, and local food initiatives.
