Located in Rochester, NH, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and support specific to individuals with dysphagia. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals receive access to critical resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment tailored to their unique needs. We strive to enhance the quality of life for those we serve by removing barriers to nutrition and care, making it easier for our community members to maintain their health.
