Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Rochester, NH, is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing free, fresh, and nutritious meals for children and teens in our community. During the summer and school breaks, we host a Farmer’s Market style distribution across several locations in the Greater Seacoast, ensuring that families with children aged 18 and younger have access to essential food assistance. Each week, we offer ingredients and recipes for ten wholesome meals, along with engaging cooking demonstrations and interactive fitness challenges to promote healthy living. Everyone is welcome to join us in this mission to nourish our youth and build a stronger, healthier community.
