The Meal Support Program in Rochester, NH, offers compassionate and accessible meal support tailored for those aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our innovative, virtual drop-in meal sessions occur four times daily, providing a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can enjoy nutritious meals alongside peers facing similar challenges. Led by trained nutrition practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator program, our sessions strive to foster a safe space for participants to connect and find encouragement during their journey to recovery.
