Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Rye, NH, is dedicated to empowering families with free, fresh, and nutritious food for children and teens in our community. During the school breaks, our program hosts a Farmer’s Market style distribution across various locations in the Greater Seacoast, providing weekly ingredients and recipes for ten wholesome meals. We also offer engaging food demonstrations and exciting cooking and fitness challenges to promote healthy eating habits. Families with children aged 18 years and younger are warmly invited to participate and benefit from our supportive services.
