Located in Rye, NH, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran visiting VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that suit their individual preferences and needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer to manage their weight independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, Veterans who have not achieved their goals with MOVE! can explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Interested Veterans are encouraged to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to start their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
