The Meal Support Program in Rye, NH, offers compassionate and accessible meal support services tailored for individuals navigating their eating disorder recovery. Designed for those in outpatient care aged 16 and older, our program features virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutrition while connecting with others. With meal support sessions held four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—approved individuals have the flexibility to join as many sessions as their schedules allow. Each session is expertly facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are advancing toward their CNS certification, ensuring participants receive informed and empathetic guidance.
