The Ingram Senior Center in Salem, NH is dedicated to providing a welcoming and engaging haven for seniors in our community. We create a safe and stimulating environment where older adults can connect, socialize, and participate in a variety of enriching programs designed to promote mental, physical, social, and nutritional well-being. Our offerings include recreational and social activities, exercise and fitness classes, and educational presentations on health, nutrition, and senior-related topics. We also assist seniors in navigating local and state programs, enhancing their quality of life. Non-residents are welcome to join our community for a nominal fee through guest passes or annual passes for outdoor activities. We invite everyone to explore our center by joining a guided tour on the first Wednesday of each month, from 9:30am to 11:30am, with no need for pre-registration. While our programs are currently paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we look forward to reconnecting and serving our seniors with care and dedication when it is safe to do so.
