Meals 4 Kids is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in Salem, NH have access to fresh and nutritious food through our free food assistance program. We offer a Farmer’s Market style distribution across various locations in the Greater Seacoast, especially during school breaks when food insecurity can be a concern. Our program equips families with weekly ingredients and recipes for ten meals, alongside engaging food demonstrations and cooking challenges that promote healthy habits. We warmly welcome families with children aged 18 and under to join us in this initiative, which aims to foster well-nourished futures and empower our community.
