Located in Sanbornville, NH, Nutrition Connections, a program of UNH Extension, is dedicated to enhancing the nutritional well-being of our community by providing free nutrition education classes for individuals of all ages. We offer a range of engaging courses, including Eat Smart Live Strong for seniors, Cooking Matters for parents and adults, and Slow Cooker Meals Made Easy, many of which come with the added benefit of take-home food.
