Meals 4 Kids, located in Sandown, NH, is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing free, fresh, and nutritious food specifically designed for children and teens. Our Farmer’s Market-style distributions occur in various locations across the Greater Seacoast when school is not in session, ensuring that families have access to healthy meals all year round. Each week, we distribute ingredients and recipes for ten delicious meals, alongside engaging food demonstrations and interactive cooking and fitness challenges. Families with children aged 18 and younger are warmly welcomed to participate and nourish the next generation together.
